This is a deterioration monitor, not a short list. Use it for two things: an early warning on names you hold, and a veto on buying a pretty daily base inside a broken weekly chart.

▼ BREAKING DOWN8lost the top's floor — the actionable warning
What this screens for. The mirror of the Stage 1→2 screen: a stock that has finished
advancing, distributed inside a top, and is now losing its 30-week MA while that MA rolls over. The meter runs low → floor → top. The tick is the top's floor (support); the dot is
price. A dot left of the tick has lost the floor. Mandatory gates — price below the 30wk MA · 30wk MA slope ≤ 0 ·
top ≥20 weeks · not already >25% below the floor. The rising-MA gate is the important one. A dip below a rising 30wk MA is a pullback in an
uptrend, not a breakdown. Without that gate this list fills with healthy stocks having a bad fortnight
— the exact inverse of the bug that made the Stage-2 screen too loose on its first run. RS carries 15 points here vs 10 in the Stage 1→2 screen. Emerging from a base, weak RS is
expected and must not disqualify. Breaking down, collapsing RS is confirming evidence, so it
earns more weight. Same asymmetry, opposite direction. Check names you hold against this list first — that is the single most useful
thing on this page. The P&F count on this page is the BEARISH vertical count (projected down from the last
supply column) — a downside objective, not a target to trade toward — it frames downside risk for defence, not a short trade.
RS pct is the 26-week return percentile vs all scanned names — single digits confirm the
breakdown.
